Program Structure

The CLIDE program is structured across multiple European and North African universities:

  • First Semester (October): University of Granada (UGR), Spain, focusing on the basic program.
  • Second & Third Semesters: Students choose one of two professional tracks:
    • Track 1: Leading Intercultural Teams
      • Second Semester: University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria (FHOO), Steyr, Austria
      • Third Semester: Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics (KhNUE), Ukraine (delivered at NCU Toruń, Poland)
    • Track 2: Leadership in the Digital Era
      • Second Semester: Nicolaus Copernicus University (NCU) Toruń, Poland
      • Third Semester: University Hassan II of Casablanca (UH2C), Morocco
  • Fourth Semester: Dedicated to the master’s thesis and an internship at NCU Toruń in Poland.

A joint integration week kicks off the program at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland, in early September. Additionally, a Summer School is held at the end of the first academic year, bringing together students and instructors from all partner universities.
